Printer Not Working

How to check your printer:

NO Power

1. Please check the power cord of your printer.

2. Check plug adapter both end if plugged correctly.

Unable to print

1. Check the printer is properly installed to your computer.

2. Check the USB cable connection

3. Check the printer is accessible to other computers.

Paper Jammed

1. Open the main front or back cover of the printer.

2. Remove the jammed paper carefully.

3. Turn off the printer and turn it on again.

Replacing the ink of the printer

1. Check the ink levels of each ink tank/container if it is sufficient to supply ink for printing.

2. If there is one or more then get the available ink bottle to refill the ink container.
